Should one pass 2nd PUC to join The Chithrakala Parishad College or any College of Fine Arts?

Hello there,
Yes you should have a passed a qualifying exams such as 10+2 board examination conducted through national authority /boards such as PUE Board. You should compulsory attend class 12 to get admission in any  college of fine arts. You can opt science, commerce or any other field and complete your education in class 12.
