Dear Arya, the format given by the authorities is an approved format for all purposes. You needn't redo the format or the certificate provided to you. Please visit the official website of National Commision for Backward classes for Central Certificate format if you want it for National level purposes. http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/UserView.aspx?TypeID=1176
