Hello Tara!!

yes, you need to take seperate application if you want admission through b-category. Wait for the counselling schedule conducted by NEET board AND check for your rank and then if you didn't get admission, proceed for b-category. Use the links https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-pg-merit-list , https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-pg-counselling , https://mcc.nic.in/PGCounselling/ , https://mcc.nic.in/PGCounselling/Documents/Schedule%20PG%202019%20-%20Final.pdf and similarly for mba admissions through CAT. There will chances in colleges.
