should we carry the application form for APICET exam. It yes then should it be signed by head of institution?

Hey!

You need to carry only your apicet exam admit card/hall ticket and a valid identity proof with you. Kindly make sure, that you put your photograph on admit card and sign there and is legible. Also, you name on admit card must match with your name on identity card.
