Well registration process has already been done for neet 2020 and it is all set to happen on 13th September. I hope that you are asking about what all you have to take to the exam centre. Well you don't have to take any certificate with you to the exam centre, only your admit card and valid ID proof is allowed. Certificate is for later admission process for example:- if you belong to reserved or PWD category than you will have to produce  certificate for the same.
