Your question is not clear as you have not clearly stated your question. Almost all the companies pay the salary at the end or beginning of each month. You may come across sites and people who talk about salary per year but everyone is paid at the end or beginning of the month or may be after the completion of the project on which they are working if they are hired on a temporary basis.
