According to the latest rule of revaluation of AKTU you will get refund of your money only 3000 rupees out of 5000 if your marks are increased and if  marks do not  increase then money will not refund.
Now according to the latest rule it is evident that if marks are going to increase then they will increase, if these are going to decrease then they will definitely decrease your marks...
So, before going with the revaluation process you should first think  on going with the side.
Because it is very expensive process 5000 rupees.
and if you are sure that your marks are going to increase then you should go for this, if not then don't go  with this because they can also decrease your marks...
