Hotel industry does not have a good scope in India if you are not graduated from a good/reputed college. There is less employment and limited scope in this industry.

Analyse any institute by it's reputation, Placements, faculty, crowd and infrastructure which helps in overall development.

Good institute does matters a lot. IHM Silvassa is a below average institute. Its lacks behind in faculty and providing placements for the students. So, i won't prefer you to choose this college, as it is one of the low ranked college.The faculties might not be well experienced and i have mentioned that it do not provide better placements, which is very important for the students to gloom up their career. 

Overall, IHM Silvassa is not a good colleges.
