see PSG college of Technology is a private college that has the accreditation of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to Anna University. however admission to b.e/ b.tech Course is based on TNEA counselling, students need to full fill the eligibility criteria of domicile to become eligible for appear in TNEA. however there is total six condition  of eligibility explained in Information brochure which link is given below:,

however if you do not belongs to any of it, you are not eligible to appear in TNEA counselling. now since it is an private institute, you may contact with college authority for management quota admission process.
