Yes, you can get bank jobs like Clerk , po etc even if you have less than % in 10th / 12th.

This is because,

There's no % barrier in 10th or 12th or in your graduation in order to be eligible for bank jobs like clerk , po etc all you need is a bachelor's degree in any discipline to be eligible.
