According to the eligibility criteria set up for NDA examination by UPSC which is the conducting body, a candidate needs to have completed his/her intermediate studies or must be an appearing candidate. Also you need to have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in order to join Navy or airforce while you can join the army if you have only mathematics as you subject. In addition to this he or she must age between 16.5 to 19.5 years. So following this you would not be eligible for the examination.

No, you cannot fill out the NDA forms after completing your 10th level. To be eligible for NDA candidates need to complete their 10+2 level first. Only after completion of their 10+2 level, they are eligible for NDA. UPSC NDA eligibility criteria 2022 is determined based on multiple factors like age, educational qualification, physical standard, nationality.
