The all india counselling is now over and the merit list have also been declared with the changes. You can go for the second round of the counselling for the all india quota seats. The cutoff marks for the tamilnadu state through AIQ for the ST category candidate are 384 with the rank 89908. So your on the verge of the merit rank for the admission. In the second round it is difficult to get the admission as the seats are less and mostly occupied. You have also the option for the state quota counselling if you do not get the seat.
