Dear Rakesh, in 2018, under State Quota, 408 marks secured a seat in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences. With a score of 442, you have a decent chance at:

GMC, Nizamabad
GMC, Mahbubnagar
GMC, Siddipet

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
