Hello
73 percentile is very low score ;
I think with this you even not able to qualify the jee mains.
Your approximately rank will be more than the 2.5 lakhs according to January exam .
And it will increase after April exam ( because of increase in April exam strength).
And this rank is not enough to get good government college.
You should score atleast 98+ percentile to be in safe position.
You can calculate your approximately rank by formula
Rank = ( 100-your percentile ) *total no. Of students / 100

Good luck.

Hello.

The official rank list will be released by NTA after the completion of the exam in April. Your chances of getting into an institute depends on this rank. A score of atleast 95 percentile is necessary to ensure admission into colleges. It's best that you try to improve your performance in the April session of the exam.

Good luck!

Hello.

With 73 percentile, your probable general rank shall be around 2,87,998-3,27,998. And your probable category rank shall be around 19,200-20,880. If your actual rank is around this only, then you have very chances of qualifying for JEE Advanced.

However, you will not any government with this. The top government colleges have very high cut off and your rank might not be enough for that.

Hope this helps!

Hi Candidate,
your predicted general category rank should be around 2.2 lakh. NTA have not officially declared any cut off lists yet but with this rank it's almost impossible to get a seat at NITs, IITs or GFITs.
To get a seat in a government technical college (Through JEE main) your rank should be >60k.
You might get A rated private colleges.
you can use the college predictor available on our website to predict your chances, here's the link : https://www.careers360.com/college-predictor
All the best :)
