The cut off for JEE main 2020 has not been declared yet.It will be declared after JEE main second session exam but a percentile 85 or above will give you decent chances to qualify and appear in JEE advanced.The cut off in 2019 was follows

Hello student cut off are not released by NTA. NTA will release the cutt off for Jee advance after jee main examination which is postponed due to the pandemic situation.
Cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination. It's expected that for Genral category the cut off will be around 89 percentile.
