Hello Jerin James. Frankly speaking in interviews they mostly see our communication skills, soft skills and technical skills but if the person doesn't have these skills the recruiter will not hire him/his even if they have government college certificate with good grades. So the thing matters is not the certificate in most of the cases in interviews. Certificate with good grades and above mentioned skills go hand in hand.

Hope this is helpful to you.

All the best.

Thank you.

Hi Jerin,

If you graduate from private college or from government college, there is no discrimination in job interview, Nowdays interviewers focuses on the skill you have not on the certificate you have or from which college you have dine your graduation.

Hope it helps you.
