Sir agar maine first round me registration karke lock karne ke baad fee 20000 nahi summit kiya kya dusare round me counseling kar sakte hai?

U have to pay fee after u get any seat
And if u don't pay after getting seat than u r not eligible for further round.
If u don't get any seat than u r eligible for further rounds without paying.
