I think you are asking about UPSEE counselling. If it is so then You have to give 20000 only once at the start of 1st counselling and that will be for all rounds of counselling.

If you get a seat through counselling then at the time of registration you have to pay 20000 less than the total amount. Unfortunately if you are not able to get a seat then the money will be refunded to the respective bank account but you have to be patient as it take too much time.
