If you are certain of this scenario then I would suggest you go visit the official website of Karnataka board and check if there is any link for the re-evaluation of your paper. Although I believe the link has been deemed inactive by this time or has been removed. I would thus suggest you write a formal letter stating your issue clearly and post it to the Karnataka Examinations Authority and request for re-evaluation of your paper.
