Do not worry for that go mhtcet website enter the username and password after logging you find you application number and you also take printout

If you do not know any of them then go mhtcet website click on forgot username after that put the first name and mobile number and date of birth and fill capacha you will get you username
Hi,
If you lost your CET application form immediately send a mail, to the authorities, provided in the official website. You will get a reply from them regarding your user id and password through which you can login and download the application form and get your application number.
