Yes, you can apply for NEET because you just need to have biology in the 12th class. So if you didn't have biology in 11th class then it's okay. For NEET only your 12 class mark sheet and subjects will only be considered with 50% aggregate marks in every aspect.

Hello, Biology is mandatory for giving NEET  Exam and having at least 50% in PCB in class 12th is the primary eligibility criteria for giving NEET . So you can appear in Neet if you don’t have bio in 11th but have it in 12th Std . But the syllabus for NEET includes both 11th and 12th biology , you need to study both to be able to attend the questions in Neet exam.
