Actually if your planning for B tech and after that sure for job then you go for Only b tech course but where as if your interested to do my tech after b tech it means higher studies so then you go for BTech plus Mtech of dual degree 

Basically it will depends upon your interested I may suggest you only but decision should be taken by you only
