There is nothing which can be done now. for any doubt or query visit the help desk of the concerned organization. Ask them to guide you to solve the issue. They are the right person who  can show you accurate way to solve it officially.

if you have mail address then write a mail mentioning your mistake and how it can be solved. it your application will be accepted considering the situation then that will be well and good.
