You would be able to give exams. However during exam you will have to sign multiple times at various places. Best option now left is to practise the signature that you have uploaded. Do it multiple times, perfection will come by the time you give exam. All the best.

Yes you can surely give. But you will face lots of problem during your counselling , even your candidature might get cancelled.
Try to put the sign , as you put in you neet ug application form, that will save you.
