Yes foreign Nationals can also apply for MBBS in AIIMS but only in AIIMS NEW DELHI.
Since the seat matrix for 2019 is not yet out, as per the previous year matrix total 807 seats were available out of which 400 seats are for General category students, 215 seats for OBC aspirants, while 121 and 64 will be reserved for SC and ST categories, respectively. Out of the total, 7 seats are reserved for foreign nationals only in AIIMS, New Delhi, which will not be filled on the basis of  AIIMS MBBS scores.
