Definitely you are eligible to appear in NEET 2020, as the cut off is 50% for general category, 45% for PWD and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates; including practical marks.

The National Testing agency is conducting the NEET 2020 examination and according to their eligibility guidelines, a General Category student should have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% percentage aggregate marks whit Physics, Chemistry and Biology as their compulsory subjects. This means you should have scored at least 50% as your 12th final percentage of all subjects. This includes theory+practical.
For general-PwD candidates, it is 45% and for SC/ST/OBC/SC-PwD/ST-PwD/OBC-PwD, it is 40%.
