Please frame your question a bit more clear .Usually  you can't change your college after giving an improvement exam .It happens only to change the stream or subjects in the same college you are studying .For example if you are doing b.tech in mechanical engineering then after improvement you can join b.tech in computer science engineering. However if you asking a different question then ask again providing necessity details
