No you cannot apply for NDA after 10th class.

The eligibility criteria For the Army wing of National Defence Academy is that you  should have passed Class 12.

Whereas For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy you must have passed class 12 with Physics and Mathematics from a recognised staye/ national board.

If you are appearing in Class 12 or equivalent examination in the same year even the  you are eligible to appear in the same year. But you will not be eligible any time before that like after class 10th.
