There is no such rules which says you can change your college from one autonomous college to other autonomous college and get admission at the same year. If you want to change you will have to take admission in 1st year of the other college. In IIT there is a rule that if you take admission in one of the IIT then you can not take admission in other iits if you fill JEE advanced next year.
