Dear Govind, in 2018 under All India Quota a marks range of 490-560 secured seats in Gujarat under OBC Category. With an All India Rank of 7780, you might actually have a chance at MP Shah Medical College, GMC Bhavnagar, Rajkot Medical College. Now this is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it has been speculated that the cut offs for Government Medical Colleges will be increased by 25 marks.
