If you leg problem is a permanent one you can definitely try to get a PWD certificate. But it totally depends upon medical verification, as you have to get a PWD certificate from your regional government hospital's registered doctor.

But for a PWD certificate minimum percentage of disability should be,

-> Mentally handicapped - 35%

-> Orthopedically - 40%

-> Deaf & Dumb - 60% & above

-> Blindness - 90% or above
