Yes, you can give state sponsored EWS certificate in JoSAA. The reason is simple as there is no distinction between state and central EWS certificate. Hence it would not really matter as any of the two will get the purpose fulfilled. It is primarily used for financially weak candidates to get a better opportunity in getting seats in good colleges.
