All these have different career scope..

Yes, after writing maths in 10th standard you can go for science stream.
In science stream, you have to take at least six subjects including one compulsory language. There are many options for subjects like mathematics, biology, physics, chemistry, computer science, IT, electronics etc. The student should select the subjects that can lead them towards their prospective career.

As per latest notification the student has to give difficult mathematics paper in order to opt maths as a subject in class 11th and 12th. So I don't think with easy mathematics paper you will be able to opt PCM though you can opt PCB. So keep preparing and appear for the difficult maths paper. The paper will not be so difficult as you think. If you give this difficult maths paper then you will not face any difficulty in stream selection.
