Benefits of getting a government medical college is first of all your fee structure is minimal ie around 1 Lakh per annum as compared to private Medical colleges where it goes 7-20 lakhs per annum. 

Next comes the experience I mean to say number of patients coming in government medical colleges is obviously more since the rates are cheap so you get better exposure and experience of treating patients in your final years as compared to proivate medical colleges. 

These are the major two differences as per me.
