Ofcourse you can edit your web options in second couselling when you attend second counselling same like first couselling you can put colleges based on your rank and caste and cutoff provided for your caste put in web options according to your preference and you can't edit options which you have put in first allotment you need to put again fresh in second couselling you can mention all the first Allotment colleges also in second phase
