You can answer PGCET it the exam conducted by KEA ( Karnatake Exam Authority ) for MBA/MCA/M. Tech. But since you are not a karnatake resident, you are not eligible for governement seats. You can get private or management seats from colleges in Karnatake offering M. Tech. You can also get admission for private colleges through GATE.
