If it is about Staff Selection Comission (SSC) registration you can edit the passing year by following the steps as said. Go to the candidate login page and login using your credentials after logging in you can find Modify registration Option in home page click on that and your details are displayed click on edit option and you can change your year of passing. After changing the necessary details you can click save and submit it. You can modify your details only twice for every application that you applied in SSC website.
