Well, there are several possibilities that could be the cause of this outcome which probably are:

1. There is some technical error with the website which is likely to fix within a day or two by itself.

2. It might happen that once you fill in all the details it turned out that you failed to satisfy one of the eligibility criteria which indefinitely showed your application status as ineligible. 

If none of the above suffice then you can write to the appropriate authorities mentioning your problem and demanding a solution for it if it's a glitch in their part.
