Hii!
You haven't mention or tagged the name of the exam or course you are sooo into. But let me tell you that you can't change the details anymore if you haven't done it earlier. But, you don't have to worry changing it. If you fail to upload the certificate, you will automatic be considered as a UR candidate and this would not cause any other problems.
