For B.Sc in Forensic science, you should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with minimum 50%. Few colleges will conduct entrance exams. Few colleges will take admissions based on merit in the qualifying exam. For M.Sc Forensic Science, you should have completed your Bachelors degree in Forensic science or a relevant degree with 50%. For MD in Forensic Science, you should have completed your MBBS/BDS and qualify in NEET PG.
