The cutoff of PGIMER 2019 will be disclosed as soon as the result is declared. Only the candidates meeting the PGIMER cutoff 2019 will be called for the various counselling rounds. the cutoff rank is 3776 for general catergory however as you mentioned you got rank of 66 which extremely good which definately increses your chances of getting in too however you still can attempt NEET  which will increse your choice circle

There are a total number of 26 seats for the General Category in PGI Chandigarh for the January Session. The chances for clinical seats are less but there are few for  non clinical. So you can attend the counselling to be sure.  With such a good rank, you have ample chances for a better branch through NEET, so focus on that along with this too.
