The candidates are allowed to take the following document with them:

• NEET admit card 2019
• Passport size photograph
• Valid ID proof
• PwD certificate

So the valid ID proof can be PAN card, voters ID, or Aadhar card. Without any of these you are not allowed to appear the exam
