For MBBS there are 250 seats. Maybe no if you have got Esic already then you might have a slightest chance of getting into Osmania medical college. Since third list differs by a very less number only so you have slight chance and there are rarely any changes in the reservation categories. Anyhow let hope for the positive. Best wishes for that.
