JEE Score is not calculated on your class 12 Score.

Also now You don't need to score more than 75% in class 12 to get into JEE.

Till 2019, you must score more than 75% in Class 12 to get qualified in JEE.

The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has decided to relax the eligibility criteria for admissions to National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions. The decision has been taken by the centre due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic.

But now, the rules have been changed for the year 2020 as we are in covid pandemic and also many inter boards are passing all the students without conducting class 12 exams.

Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' took to Twitter to announce the decision and said that JEE Main 2020 qualified candidates will now need a passing certificate in Class 12 board examination for admission to these NIT And IIT institutions.

So, now Central government have took a decision to donot consider class 12 marks for JEE Qualification for this yEAR.
