Hey Ashutosh !
Sorry to inform but the the last date of registration for the open round of AIIMS Counselling 2019 ended on 16th August 12 Noon. The seat matrix would be displayed on 19th August and the counselling would take place on 20th.
As of now, you can do nothing about it, friend.
