To secure a seat in government college entrance exam is the only way , while in private college you can take direct admission through management quota.

Though the admission procedure of different colleges varies from one another yet , entrance exam can be traced as common basis to get admission in btech after diploma .

After completing your diploma, you can give an exam for Lateral Entry into B.Tech. Different exams are conducted for this purpose by different states. For example, Odisha conducts OJEE for lateral entry.
