Hello Pavan,
If your all India rank is 153 in architecture exam of JEE Mains, then you will get NIT Surathkal with ease. But if your category rank is 153 all India, then it may be a bit difficult for you to get NIT Surathkal because it's a good college and the seats reserved for your category is not that much and people who have ranked better than you can feel those seats up.
However it is worth a try. With good luck, you may get a seat. All the best!
