Since in SSC the education qualification required is Graduation. But this year Exam is withheld and you have not yet completed your graduation till now. So you can't Apply for SSC,SSC CGL,SSC CHSL etc. because minimum education qualification required is Graduation. Hence you should wait till the upcoming next form of SSCs.
