see there is no b.tech in chemistry course , but as you are interested in chemistry related subjects you may do b.tech in chemical engineering, or petroleum engineering, petro chemical engineering, ceramic engineering etc. it is necessary to have physics, chemistry and mathematics as a subject in 10+2 level. if you want to take admission in iits or nits you need to secure 75% marks in pcm in aggregate in 10+2 course.

You have one branch of b.tech in biochemistry which you can do with biology in 12th.

Other options available for you are biotechnology, food technology etc
