Chandra Bhushan Saran ,as you are from IT background the jobs aspects are more in abroad. First I would suggest you to get experience in TCS , Wipro , IBM or other tech giants , after that there are chances for working abroad.

As for fresher there are less chances , once you get expertise in particular domain , it would be very easy to grab job in outside the country.
